Yoga and Ayurveda are closely interwoven. If Ayurveda is an all – embracing healthcare system, Yoga is one of the ways to go about it. Ayurveda will take care of the mental state and physical health through diet and other changes. Yoga on the other hand, will work at unifying the mind, body and soul. Naturopathy is an ancient Vedic science of healing which is routed in the principles of mother nature and consists of five elements-earth, sun, water, air and ether. The human body is created from these five elements. Any imbalance in one or more of these elements causes a disorder or a health condition. It is important to integrate Yoga and Ayurveda along with basis principles of mother nature that consists of five elements – earth, sun, water, air and ether. The Nature with the integration of Yoga and Ayurveda soothes and heals our body and nervous system for healthy and happy living. All these healing disciplines are covered in the book.
